Teachers and Family Members
If you aren't receiving messages sent to you from the Otus Mailbox, it is possible that they are going to your junk or spam folders. To remedy this, you will want to add [email protected] to your contacts list. See below for how to add a contact in various email platforms.
Students
If student's aren't receiving messages sent from the Otus Mailbox, it may have something to do with your district's email settings. Sometimes, student email filters are controlled by the district. We suggesting contacting your IT department to make sure that students are able to receive messages from [email protected]. You could also reach out to us in our chat feature or send an email to [email protected] with any questions you have.
Adding Contacts
Gmail
Step 1: Login to your Gmail account.
Step 2: Select the Google Apps icon.
Step 3: Select Contacts from the list of available apps.
Step 4: Select Create Contact
Step 5: Add [email protected] as the contact. As long as [email protected] is the email address, the first and last names can be whatever you'd like.
Yahoo

Microsoft Outlook
